It has been brought to my attention that some of the artists on this site are displaying photos of copied or derivative artwork. Because of copyright law I cannot allow these images to remain on this site. The rules regarding copyright are clearly posted on the image upload page. If you have artwork that you copied from another artist, you must remove it immediately, or your account may be removed and banned.

The only exception to this rule that I will allow is if BOTH of the following conditions are met BEFORE posting the artwork:

1. You must have written consent (email is ok) from the original artist, giving you license to display photos of their copied artwork on this website. You must forward this email to me prior to posting the artwork.

2. You must credit the original artist in the description text of each piece, mention that it is being displayed with permission from the original artist, and include the URL to the original artist's website.

i cleared all the copyright issues picture from my space already because i do love this site,
so any other artists? how bout it? have u done the same? we can surely tell which is a copyright and which is doesn't, does photos include also in copyright issues? i know for sure if its for own use, u can airbrush it...but u cant sell it..and does movie posters are include in copyright issues? well, Mr.Justin i already have rechecked my space, and delete some of the artwork that may cause copyright issues, hope to get green light from u...so, maybe now, PAINT WITH PRESSURE aka ART2PROTECT aka SPAMMER can check all the other artist space also for copyrighted artworks???

come to think again, almost every picture in this website posted are not original made.. some from internet, magazines, posters, illustration books...so guys please check your artwork carefully, make sure its ok with the rules of art2protect err..i mean spammer...oppss painting with pressure...Good Day!!

vat i think you know what is copyrighted and whats not , dont make an issue out of this, you have ripped off comic books, comic book artists such as Andy Brase , Jurek , among many many others and worst off you have made a point to throw it in everyones face and pride yourself on it , Quote Vats: LMAO ... I got money what you got" ring any bells ? , you have no respect for art or ethics for art , if i was the admin , i would have banned you !! To tell you the truth i havent seen any copyrighted work here except your gallery. Everyone here i belive is honest and talented. I have socialized with quite a few people here and there all great artist !!!

wow People, look at what jealousy make him..i never..for your info, all your emails i fowarded to Justin already, and all other artist, some say u got pint, some think u are the 1 that should get a life instead of harassing people and public forums, use various nicknames..this is my advice to you..GET A LIFE!and of course my point of view everyone here is a cool and talented artist including you, but your attitude show who u really are, if u cant paint, practice, if u cant draw, practice, if u cant get any business, practice fore marketing..last word, stop being jealous kid..

i dont have a problem with bissness, but i do have a problem with chumps like yourself always stealing art, not giving the credit to the orginal artist. But i dont have to worrie cause i can draw and i can paint my own ideas. Your the only person in the entire forum thats mad about this thread , has that dawned on you yet ? , thats whats so funny !!! Cause your the only one that copyrights art. I see noone else cares , cause noone else makes a shady living like you do. But you should take your own advice , " if u cant paint, practice, if u cant draw, practice, if u cant get any business, practice fore marketing..last word, stop being jealous kid.. " those are wise words you should follow , cause the only orginal thing in your gallery is true fire , so keep drawing kid , and youll make a better name for yourself. have a great day !!
